Library Program Room
| The Library Program Room is primarily available to support library programs and functions that support the informational, educational, and cultural purposes of the library. When not being used by the library, the room is available to established community groups upon approval of an application form. The room is equipped with audio/video equipment and has a capacity of 65 people. |  |
Reserving the Library Program Room
- Please read the Program Room Policy and Parking Policy. If, after reading these, you believe that your event meets the requirements stated in the Program Room Policy you may submit a request to the Library Director using the application form provided below. All requests must be submited by mail or in person.
- Check Availability. Please note: the calender is a guideline, not a confirmation. Though updated often, the calendar does not include applications in process.
- Download and print the Application Form.
Fill out the form completely. Originals of the Application Form must be dropped off at or mailed to the Library, where they will be logged in by a staff member. Faxed or e-mailed Forms will not be accepted. The Director or designate will contact you about the status of your application. Confirmation will be conveyed in writing.
