GOVERNANCE
The Bolton Public Library is governed by the library Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of three elected volunteers who are ultimately responsible for all decisions, actions and policies. Their responsibilities include hiring the Library Director, promoting the library, formulating policies, and presenting annual budget requests. Trustees serve a three year term with staggered elections so that one position is open each year.
